This month, a new iMac and MacBook might be released by Apple

According to Mark Gurman, Apple may be considering releasing new MacBooks and an upgraded iMac before the end of this month. These upgraded models—possibly including a brand-new 13-inch MacBook Pro, high-end MacBook Pro, and 24-inch iMac—could be unveiled as early as October 30 or 31.<img decoding=”async” class=”alignnone wp-image-249419″ src=”https://www.theindiaprint.com/wp-content/uploads/2023/10/theindiaprint.com-fresh-prices-for-gas-and-diesel-announced-for-october-23-check-the-local-fuel-pric.jpg” alt=”theindiaprint.com fresh prices for gas and diesel announced for october 23 check the local fuel pric” width=”1411″ height=”790″ srcset=”https://www.theindiaprint.com/wp-content/uploads/2023/10/theindiaprint.com-fresh-prices-for-gas-and-diesel-announced-for-october-23-check-the-local-fuel-pric.jpg 300w, https://www.theindiaprint.com/wp-content/uploads/2023/10/theindiaprint.com-fresh-prices-for-gas-and-diesel-announced-for-october-23-check-the-local-fuel-pric-150×84.jpg 150w” sizes=”(max-width: 1411px) 100vw, 1411px” title=”This month, a new iMac and MacBook might be released by Apple 9″>

Lack of Apple MacBooks and iMacs

Gurman writes in Bloomberg’s Power On newsletter that there has been a shortage of Apple’s MacBooks and iMacs. This may be a sign that Apple is trying to get rid of stock before making its formal announcement at the end of the month.

Furthermore, since its introduction in 2021 with the M1 chipset—Apple’s first generation in-house silicon—the iMac has gone more than 900 days without receiving any hardware updates. Apple had intended to release an upgraded model later, but the plans had to be “adjusted.” Gurman claims he has heard of a “Mac-centered product launch at the end of this month, nevertheless. It could then have the opportunity to introduce this model.

New MacBooks Are Also Anticipated

Apple is anticipated to upgrade the 13-inch MacBook Pro in addition to the iMac, and given “headway” with the 14-inch and 16-inch MacBook Pros, Apple may update these models as well. This action, according to Gurman, “would be unusual but not inconceivable,” given that Apple introduced new models in January of this year.

Gurman also claims that Apple is developing a premium 32-inch iMac that would debut in 2024 or 2025. And if it does materialize, it will grow to be the biggest iMac to ever debut.
