<p>In a recent interview, Pooja learned from Siddharth Kannan that Alia had earlier made light of these rumors. When asked to comment, Pooja referred to these rumors as “idiotic.” According to her, such rumors reveal more about the individual spreading them than they do about the rumor’s target.</p>

<p>In 1972, Mahesh Bhatt brought Pooja Bhatt into the world from his union with Lorraine Bright, also known as Kiran Bhatt. Mahesh first met Kiran while they were both students. Mahesh was 21 and she was 20 when they were married. Soon later, they welcomed Pooja. After Mahesh met Parveen Babi and they began dating, their relationship took a bad turn.</p>
<p>A few years after they had broken up, Mahesh and Soni Razdan got married. In 1993, the couple welcomed Alia Bhatt and their elder daughter Shaheen Bhatt.</p>
<p>Pooja and Alia get along well. In 2021, Pooja attended Alia and Ranbir Kapoor’s wedding. Earlier this year, when Pooja Bhatt was competing in Bigg Boss OTT 2, Alia took on the role of her supporter.</p>
