Fans of Ranbir Kapoor and Shraddha Kapoor may now watch the popular rom-com “Tu Jhoothi Main Makkaar” at home after a long wait. The beloved film is about to premiere on OTT. Ranbir and Shraddha's new on-screen chemistry propelled Tu Jhoothi Main Makkaar to stardom. The audience's reaction to their film was favourable, and this was shown in the box office earnings.
Netflix will offer the movie for streaming. On May 3, the movie will be available for viewing on Netflix India's social media platform. “Can confirm that this is not a lie,” Netflix said as the post's caption. Netflix will release Tu Jhoothi Main Makkaar on May 3.
'Tu Jhoothi Main Makkaar' also stars Anubhav Singh Bassi, Dimple Kapadia, and Boney Kapoor in supporting roles in addition to Ranbir and Shraddha. In the movie, Kartik Aaryan also had a cameo part. The two people at the centre of the story start dating, but when things take a serious turn, the girl realises she isn't ready for marriage and seeks help from a breakup agency to put a stop to the relationship. The main story then starts to reveal the twist.
This is Shraddha Kapoor and Ranbir Kapoor's first collaboration on a film. The movie will definitely amuse fans of both actors. It will also entertain fans who adore binge-watching Bollywood romantic comedies. The storyline includes romance, comedy, issues that modern couples must face, the importance of families, friendship, and a classic Bollywood understanding of love. The movie grossed an incredible Rs 222.5 crore at the box office globally.
On the professional front, Ranbir Kapoor will star in the August 11 release of “Animal” in cinemas. Along with Bobby Deol, Anil Kapoor, and Rashmika Mandanna, the film is directed by Sandeep Reddy Vanga.
