*BLHP Constitutes 5-Member Independent Commission to Draft Its Constitution*

New Delhi, 28 January 2026:

*BLHP (Better Life Happier People Organized Buyers’ Association) a Not For Profit initiative to ensure transparency, fairness, and mutual trust amongst Sellers and Buyers, announced the formation of a five-member independent Constitution Drafting Commission on the occasion of Republic Day, 26 January 2026. The commission has been constituted to draft a transparent, democratic, and future-ready constitution for the organisation.*

 

The independent commission brings together experts from diverse domains to ensure credibility and balanced representation. The members of the commission include *Dr. Nityanand Singh, Advocate (Legal Specialist); CA. Nitish Chugh, Chartered Accountant (Financial & Compliance Expert); CS. Aditya Rungta, Company Secretary (Corporate Governance Specialist); Mr. Rahul Jhamb, Real Estate Sector Expert; and Mr. Krishan Kumar, LegalTech & Data Protection Specialist.*

 

The mandate of the commission is to draft a comprehensive constitution that upholds democratic values, protects the interests of buyers, and establishes strong governance and accountability mechanisms for BLHP.

 

Speaking on the occasion, *Mr. Anshuman Singh, Chief Operating Officer, BLHP*, said,

“*The constitution is the backbone of any credible institution. By forming an independent and diverse drafting commission, BLHP is taking a decisive step toward transparency, fairness, and long-term trust. This commission will ensure that the voice of buyers, professionals, and stakeholders is meaningfully reflected in our governing framework*.”

 

He further added,

“*BLHP is committed to building a non-commercial, member-driven organisation. This initiative reflects our belief that strong institutions are built on strong principles, not personalities*.”

 

BLHP believes that the formation of this independent commission marks a significant milestone in its journey toward becoming a trusted and accountable buyers’ association
